Thank you for using Taskject.

We provide a fully functional free plan so you can try the service before paying.

Refunds

After purchasing a paid subscription (Pro or Expert), refunds are not available except in cases where:

  • a technical issue occurred on the platform side;
  • you accidentally purchased multiple subscriptions;
  • a subscription was charged after being cancelled (auto-renewal off).

In such cases, contact us within 7 days at: support@taskject.com.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly. You can cancel anytime and your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
