When registering on Taskject, we may collect the following information:

• Full name of the account owner
• Organization name
• Email (used as login)
• Password (stored in encrypted form)

If you invite other users to your organization, we also store:

• Name, surname and email of invited users

Additionally, we store:

• Telegram chat ID, if you subscribed to notifications
• Organization code and language preference (via cookies)

We use cookies necessary for:

• user authentication
• saving language settings
• displaying a relevant interface

We may also use third-party cookies (Google AdSense) to show personalized ads, if you are not on a Pro or Expert plan.

We integrate the following third-party services:

• Google AdSense — for displaying ads
• Lemon Squeezy — for handling payments and subscriptions
• Telegram — for sending notifications, if you explicitly subscribed

These services may collect their own technical data according to their policies.

• For user registration and identification
• To support service functionality (task and project management)
• To send transactional messages (email or Telegram)
• To handle payments and access to plans

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except for the integrations with the above services acting as separate controllers or processors.

We use ASP.NET Core Identity with password hashing and other modern data protection methods. Account access is controlled by authentication and roles.

We do not explicitly store the user's IP address, but it may be logged by the Azure infrastructure for technical reasons (without our access).
